After the birth of my first son, I founded Inspired Mumma, combining my background in family support and social work with new certifications in health and mindset coaching, personal training, and nutrition.
After two decades in the game of mental and physical health, I'm consulting, coaching, and training women worldwide to overcome the three core challenges we face:
